Content and events

Estraad is not responsible for the content provided in the streams. Please contact the event responsible that can be found on the respective event detail page.


Estraad accepts VISA and Mastercard and use Stripe to handle secure payments. Contact us at if you need help or encounter any issues.

Casting videos to TV

In order to cast content to your ChromeCast device, you need to use the Google Chrome browser.

In chrome, go to the event page where the videos are located, click the top right menu button and then "Cast...". Select your device and set the video to fullscreen.

Please note that this feature is not guaranteed to work across all devices. Some built-in casting devices on older TVs may not be supported.

Refunds and Tickets


Estraad sells tickets on behalf of its customers from now on refered to as "Event hosts". All questions regarding the event must be directed to the respective event hosts. Specific terms and conditions of the organizer and the event host will be stated in the booking confirmation. The purchase agreement is subject to legal provisions of the Norwegian law. The agreement is binding for both parties only when Estraad has registered and received the payment. Estraad and its event hosts are allowed to communicate digitally with the ticket buyer via e-mail, SMS and push notification.

Payment Security

All communication between you and Estraad takes place in encrypted form. Your card information is processed directly with the payment provider (Stripe) and Estraad does not store any credit card information.


The ticket allows you to access the event to which the ticket refers to with your profile on Canceled tickets or products are not valid. Your access and/or your profile cannot be transferred to another person. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial purposes.


Estraad is not responsible for reimbursement in connection with canceled events. Please contact the respective Event Host as described on the event detail page. A purchased ticket can not be redeemed or exchanged for another ticket. Please note that a ticket paid for directly when booking is considered to have been purchased.

Canceled Events

You are responsible for checking that the event is not canceled or moved. An event is considered to be canceled if the event has not taken place at all. Changes in the repertoire, changed date, partially performed event or the like do not constitute a canceled event. In case of canceled or moved events, contact the event host (contact information on the event page) who is responsible for questions about redemption of tickets.
